This Door is available in a choice of profile finishes such as Satin Chrome and Matt Black. Manufactured using 6mm toughened safety glass, it has a brilliance that comes from allowing light through and through. Reversible design with outward opening hinged door comes complete with square t-bar handle. Complete with aluminium profile that includes fixings, the simple yet elegant door is available in a choice of widths including 700mm, 760mm, 800mm and 900mm. The Square Shower tray and side panels is available separately.

Toughened Safety Glass

Toughened glass, tempered or safety glass as it is rightly called, is five times harder than regular glass of the same size and thickness, which makes it so that it won’t break as easily. It also shatters with scattering as it tends to break into tiny, blunt pieces without harming anyone nearby. Known to have greater thermal strength, this durable material with double glazing has almost twice the soundproofing abilities and provides excellent heat insulation.

800mm width door. How can I extend this to 850mm with the profile extension kit?

You will require a 900mm Door. The Adjustment for the 900mm door is min. 845mm and Max. 890mm. In this instance, you will not require Profile Extension Kit. The adjustment for other sizes of doors can be found in the "Product Variations Info & MFC Code" Section in the product.

Hi - I’m looking at the Nuie Rene 700mm wide hinged shower door. What is a 'profile extension kit' used for, and do we need it? We are creating a new opening for the door in a partition wall.

You will only need a profile extension kit if the gap you are trying to fit the door to is bigger than the maximum adjustment of the door. The maximum adjustment is 660-695mm.
