Crosswater Design DHDSC0700+ Details

Turn your recessed or wet room style shower into a more beautiful place to be with the addition of this minimalistic Crosswater Design 8-Hinged Shower Door with Inline Panel. The shower door is crafted out of ultra-strong 6-mm thick toughened safety glass and has an 8-mm thick fixed panel to further its durability. It measures 1950 millimetres in height and has a 25-mm adjustment space to allow its width to fit into most spaces. This door can be used with power showers without taking on any damage, and it has a reversible design.

Toughened Safety Glass

Toughened glass, tempered or safety glass as it is rightly called, is five times harder than regular glass of the same size and thickness, which makes it so that it won’t break as easily. My shower width is 1170mm. Will a 1200mm door work, or must I also add the side panel?

Crosswater no longer do the DHDSC0700+, but if you have 1170, you would need the DHDSC1200+. This would fit your 1170 if this is in a recess.

I have already bought a shower tray at 1100 x 800 and want to buy the Crosswater Design DHDSC0700 hinged shower screen. Would you recommend buying the 1100 width?

With your tray, we recommend getting the 1100mm Width - DHDSC1100+ with an 800m side panel.

We are looking to replace our shower door with an inline panel, and the recess we have is approx. 980mm wide, will your DHDSC1000+ Design Hinge Door 1000 unit be suitable as a replacement?

Yes, the tolerances supplied with the DHDSC1000+ when used in a recess is 970-995mm, so it will fit.

Both hinges need to be loosened for the door to be re-aligned and then tightened accordingly.
