Note: Tap comes with an'S adjuster'. This additional piece is inserted into a BSM via two Allen key fixings, Allen key is supplied. It has double recessed 'O' rings internally on both sides - this means that the 'S adjuster' can be installed at a fixed angle or in a semi-rigid manner. The 'S adjuster' is designed so that the last drips after using the telephone handset drip into the bath - not onto the tap ledge this reduces cleaning, and reduces mould and potential water ingress at the the perimeter of the bath. If installed in a semi-rigid manner - you can swivel the 'S adjuster' left or right - to be parallel with the short side of the bath - so it is out of the way if two people are in the bath or you are showering in the bath.

Nadia Asked :
Hi there I have a question regarding the S-adjustor. I would like it to be fixed as in the unfixed position it makes the showerhead swivel all the time, and it bangs against the newly tiled wall. For some reason, our tilers think it is impossible to fix it fully as the miniature screw inside the pipe is too tiny to keep the pipe from moving. We have removed the adjuster, but the showerhead still moves all the time, which seems odd and rather unpractical and I am unsure whether it is a design feature or simply an installation error. Can you please confirm if it is possible to fix the pipe in such a manner (with or without the S adjuster ) that the part which holds the showerhead is actually still? Thank you! Nadia

Answered By QS Team :
We are sorry to hear the problem you are experiencing with handset hitting your tiles. Unfortunately, the products handset holder is designed to swivel. All we can advise is tighten the nut, as seen in the below image, and all grub screws on the handset holder to secure the holder better. If the grub screws are too short, we can see if we have any longer grub screws to send out to you.
