Please let me know if this comes with the ceramic disk and also does it come with a plug hole or do I have to buy one. I need to know the country it was made in. Thank you.

This unit comes with a plastic mono cartridge as opposed to a ceramic disk cartridge. This does not come with a sink waste, and the unit is manufactured in Italy.
