John Asked :Re: Tre Mercati antique gold-plated pop-up waste with fingertip control - 726C Q5-V61725 (£19.19) Please, will you tell me the diameter of the waste at the top where it sits in the hand basin? (I'm replacing an old waste and fear I may have to replace the basin altogether, which would be a problem because it and the bath are no longer made in the same colour. And I don't want the ubiquitous white.)
This is and 1 and quarter inch waste. We recommend that you purchase this item before uninstalling the original item to see if it would fit.
Martin Asked :Two Questions: 1 My bathroom hand basin waste at the top is 62mm in diameter. My bath's waste diameter at the top is 70mm. Is the Tre Mercati Slotted Basin, Pop-Up, Antique gold-finished waste with a manufacturing code of 726C, stated as 1 1-4 Inch basin waste, suitable for either or both of my wastes? 2 If not, do you sell antique gold-plated wastes with pop-up closures that would be suitable?
It's a bit hard to say, whether it would be suitable for both. We did contact Tre Mercati and asked the same to them, but unfortunately, we haven't got the answer yet. Sorry, couldn't be much of a help here.
We will soon verify the details and add your rating appropriately.
