Highly reliable, easy to install. More expensive than the cheap options, but reflected in build quality and range of sizes/options. I've bought and installed more subsequently despite being tempted by the cheap ones.

Fitted behind a false wall so I never even saw this item, but the loo is held up perfectly so it appears to be doing its job exactly as it should!
Absolutely brilliant item. Provides a great strong fix for a wall hung toilet. It means I could finish off my bathroom to a great standard.
Another really good product from geberit and a great height also to allow a ledge above the pan. really easy to fit and good quality.
We had our item very quick and the price was very good. All went very smooth.

Ian Asked :I bought the Geberit Duofix WC Frame Blue H82 With Kappa UP200 Cistern 15cm from you, but I forgot to order flush plates. Would either of these fit that cistern? Geberit Kappa50 Dual Flush Plate or Saneux Flushe 2.0 Square Flush Plate.
The Geberit Kappa50 dual flush plate is compatible with the Geberit Duofix WC Frame Blue H82 With Kappa UP200 Cistern 15cm.

This type of frame and cistern is not designed to be installed into any furniture.

In order for a wall-hung toilet to be compatible with the Geberit WC Duofix frame, there should be a 135mm distance between the centre of the flush and the centre of the soil on the back of the toilet. The distance between the fixing points on the back of the toilet to hold the toilet to the frame should be either 180mm or 230mm apart. When another customer asked this question you did not confirm, just pointed to Geberit flush plates. Hence my question deserves a clear yes or no answer.
NO, Flush plate is not supplied with the product.

The flush plate can only be at the front and not at the top for the Kappa cistern. You can install a pneumatic round push button at the top – the Kappa cistern can be cut at the top for access.
Ian Asked :Hi. I have ordered 3 of this low-level Gerber cisterns with 3 push plates Ref: QS-V16009 Geberit-Sigma01-Dual-Flush-Plate-Matt-Chrome---115.770.46.5. The site has advised that the push plates are not compatible with the cistern. On this basis, I would like to return the 3 push plates and purchase 3 suitable push plates from you. Can you please advise what push plates we can order and confirm the process for returning and refunding the unwanted items? Many thanks. Ian Crane
