I have a box unit which is 18mm thick and 500mm wide on the outside to outside of the unit, and I was wondering if this frame fits directly into a 500mm box or if the frame is exactly 500mm wide or a bit narrower.

Hi, I just bought the RAK Top/Front from you and realised it doesn't allow the drainage to be mounted laterally, only vertically. This is due to the shape of the plastic connector, and I was wondering if I could buy a spare connector that is compatible and allows lateral rather than vertical drainage connection.

The pipes can be removed by releasing the black plastic clamp holding it to the frame, purchasing a standard straight waste pipe, and then reattaching it to the frame using cable ties. Your plumber should be able to source a pipe from any plumber's merchants.
