Grohe Tempesta Cosmopolitan 210 Shower System is just the shower system you need to use with your existing instantaneous water heater. This unit can use 18 kw/h heaters and comes with a built-in thermostat for a safe showering option. Offering a horizontal swivelling shower arm, an exposed thermostat valve with a diverter that allows you to change easily between the hand or overhead shower, twist-free hose, and showerhead it offers a host of features for safe and pleasurable showering. Its SpeedClean anti-Lime system allows for easy maintenance and 5year warranty gives peace of mind.

I am looking at the Grohe (part #26223001, so two showers + bath filler tap). Do I need an additional diverter valve, or can the unit handle switching between all three outputs?

The 26223001 is capable of running three outlets separately. The handle operates the flow between the bath and head shower, and the diverter knob operates the hand shower.
