Well made unit easy to install and with handy stop tap built in The only complaint I have is the sharp points on the blue cover which are obviously designed to mark plasterboard for installation but instead pierced my head on several occasions!
I am very pleased with the quality, and it was very easy to install.
Great service.

Harvey Asked :Does this cistern come complete with a flush pipe (to pan)? If not is it a generic or Gerberit specific flush pipe?
The Geberit Kappa cistern comes with a welded flush pipe. The flush pipe cannot be removed or cut down as it's welded to the cistern. It is a Geberit specific flush pipe.
Steve Asked :Will this fit a comfort-height toilet in an 800mm unit?
The installation height of this Kappa cistern is 82cm, so it will not be suitable to fit in an 800mm unit. We do have the Geberit low-height concealed cistern, 6 / 3 litres, pneumatic flush actuation, which can be installed at 79cm depending on the pan it is paired with. You can find the product here.
John Asked :Dear Sir, Can you let me know if this cistern can take the pressure of 2 bar on the inlet side? Regards, John
The Kappa cistern (109.205.00.1) can take a bar pressure of 2 bar.
Mark Asked :Is the Kappa cistern suitable for any back to wall toilet?
The Kappa 109.205.00.1 is compatible and suitable for back to wall toilets.
GraceJohnson Asked :Kappa Concealed cistern 15cm. Hi, can this cistern be installed within bathroom furniture (82cm high) and be operated by a type 10 dual flush button. Do you remove part of the front panel if not used for a flush plate? Thank you Grace
The suggested install height of the cistern would typically be at 82cm from the floor to top of the cistern. If the unit is also at a height of 82cm then this would make the installation difficult to install at this height.
The Kappa cistern can, however, be used in conjunction with the Geberit Type10 push button. The button is supplied with the necessary components to convert the cistern for its use.
The cistern would require access for servicing. It is supplied as a front access cistern but can be made top access by making a physical cut out on top of the cistern. The cistern is supplied with specific instructions to achieve this. Geberit do actually produce a cistern which is designed for furniture installations and is supplied with a button called Type01. This is very similar to the Type 10 button.
Tim Asked :Hi, really like your dual push button flush plates can they be fitted on to a standard concealed cistern?
Hi Lucy, many thanks for your email. All of the Geberit flush plates are made to fit the cistern ranges. Geberit makes Kappa, Omega, and Sigma. All 3 have their own range of flush plates, and they must be matched up to work with their individual ranges, i.e. kappa with kappa flush plate.
