Linda Asked :I have the four-screen version of this product. After five years, the plastic clips which hold on the seal at the bottom are beginning to fail. One has snapped, and another is cracked. Do you supply these clips (and replacement seals), please?
Sorry to say, but we do not sell any spare parts. You have to contact directly with the manufacturer or any local retailer.
Gary Asked :Does the frame have a chrome finish? It says the anodised finish is this chrome. If not, what does the finish look like?
We can confirm that the BS4 is an anodised Aluminium alloy surface. Anodised is an increased thickness of the oxide layer which means it has a thickened protection against rusting.
david Asked :Is the Britton BS4 suitable for a power shower, please?
Britton bath screens are not designed to take a direct high-pressure water spray; they are designed to take excess water run-off and splashing from normal showering.
Norman Asked :On your website, the 'Cleargreen' triple panel bath shower screen BS4 is described as '2 fold' and having a 'fixed pane'. The instructions, however, describe it as 'Threefold', and there is clearly a hinge close to the wall, making it 'threefold'. Before I purchase, could you please clarify this?
This is three panel 5mm thick bath screen, which is suitable for threefold. You can also download the PDF file available in the Additional Info section of this product, which shows the folding and installation instructions.
