The Merlyn Three Panel Folding Hinged Bath screen will convert a simple bathtub into a shower bath space with an elegant, modern appearance and prevent splashing onto the bathroom floor. Its unique flexible folding design allows the screen to open a full 180 degrees to give users easy access to the tub for cleaning and bathing purposes. Articulated at the centre, it folds neatly away when not in use for an uncluttered look.

It comes with designer chrome hinges which enable the panels to fold inwards and outwards. The screen is reversible for right and left-hand preferences. It is supplied with Mershield Stayclear treatment, specially formulated to repel dirt and staining, keeping its pristine quality for longer.

Please Note: Bath screens are not designed to fit on baths with stepped fronts, roll top rims or integral soap dishes. Fitting bath screens on baths with a raised head or shape is not recommended. Bath-screen must not be impaired by bath handles, it's not suitable for power showers.

Mershield Stayclear Coating

All Merlyn Series range products are subjected to the Mershield Stayclear glass protection that keeps the glass looking clear. It decelerates the build-up of lime scale and soap deposits, making cleaning an absolute breeze. The coatings' smooth surface does not allow any grime, dirt or water to stick easily, keeping it pristine.

Toughened Safety Glass

Toughened glass, tempered or safety glass as it is rightly called, is five times harder than regular glass of the same size and thickness, which makes it so that it won’t break as easily. It also shatters with scattering as it tends to break into tiny, blunt pieces without harming anyone nearby. Known to have greater thermal strength, this durable material with double glazing has almost twice the soundproofing abilities and provides excellent heat insulation.

Reversible Design

It is a design which allows the product to be fitted either to the right or left, depending on the dimensions of your space.

UKCA Great Britain Mark

Merlyn enclosures now carry the UKCA mark, which stands for UK Conformance Assessment. This mark indicates that the product meets or exceeds GB-designated standards. The UKCA mark is now the standard labelling for products sold in Great Britain (England & Wales & Scotland).

Concealed Fixing

Having been let down by a fitting company during a recent bathroom renovation, I found myself looking for a large, folding bath screen This was an en-suite bathroom, and space constraints required a choice of a bath or shower, not both. The Merlyn Ionic 3-panel screen allowed me to screen off virtually the entire 1500mm long bath meaning you can treat the bath as a step-over shower cubicle Have no worries about the quality of the product, this is very impressive and comes with everything you need. Plan ahead though, three 8mm thick glass panels are really heavy QS Supplies had the best price I could find and this potentially fragile and cumbersome item arrived quickly and in perfect condition, I'd be happy to buy a similar product from QS in future

This is a heavy, high-quality bath screen. Was a lucky find to stumble across it as it’s super tall and long to prevent shower spray going all over the bathroom. Also, it folds very neatly flat against the shower fittings wall (be careful to plan where you attach all your fittings) and opens out the other way for easy cleaning. Delighted with this screen. Would definitely recommend it.

Best bathtub screen. Nobody else has this long screen. I wanted it so the water doesn't fall out when having a shower, and it does the job brilliantly. Will be shopping for all bath stuff from QSsupplies.

Could you please tell me what the depth is for the chrome wall profile ( the c-section from wall to glass)? We have a height issue and may need to cut a very small angle on it; fully understand that this may invalidate any manufacturer guarantee.
