This was a replacement for an old Rotaflow tap. Obviously an updated design, and i'm having a problem that the cold indicia disc keeps dropping out, Have been onto Franke who have sent out the wrong part twice and am now waiting to see if they can supply the correct part. Otherwise a lovely tap.
I bought two of these for two sinks in our busy kitchen. They both appear to leak but have never quite figured out where they are leaking from. Not suitable as they are sitting on an oak countertop with an inset sink, which needs constant attention.
This is the second time I have chosen this for a new kitchen so I am obviously a fan! Simple, sleek and reliable. Great value for money, especially. It only swivels a small amount but enough for my needs. Highly recommend.
I bought this tap for my utility room and liked it so much ordered another for my kitchen. The spout is the perfect height and the taps are easy to use even when hands are sticky/mucky. They look good too.
The Franke tap that we purchased was what we were looking for and at a great price. Excellent delivery . Would certainly recommend.
Excellent service and a great price for a top product. Would recommend using this supplier.

Hannah Asked :I have a combi boiler. Can this tap be used in conjunction with it?
This tap will work fine with a combi boiler.
Ben Asked :I have a low-pressure hot and very high-pressure cold; would this tap be suitable - does the spout have another pipe inside it (separated flow)?
Answered By Robert The water is mixed at the bottom of the spout, so the spout is just a tube. Our hot water is gravity fed from a hot water tank, so the pressure is lower than mains-fed cold water. It works OK, but if you have the mains on full and the hot tap open as well, cold water will go back up the hot water feed.
Answered By DAVID I didn't install the tap, but I do know that the cold supply is at mains pressure, and the hot is from a cylinder (Not a combi boiler). The tap works fine. It is well made, and the finish is to a high standard. Sorry, I can't help more than that.
Answered By James Yes, it has separate flows. I have a similar problem, and it works for me.
Answered By Darren Yes, the tap would be OK for either high or low-pressure water. We find the tap looks nice in our kitchen and is not expensive compared to other makes. Easy to fit too.
Answered By Andrew Franke's website/producer sheet indicates a bi-flow spout and is suitable for low-pressure systems.
Joseph Asked :Does this come complete with copper tails and a fixing kit, or is it just the tap?
Answered By Nick Hi, yes, it comes with the tails and fitting kit. It's a fantastic tap which I have used in 3 of my houses. I would highly recommend it.
Answered By Andrew All fittings were included, tailpipes and mounting hardware.
Answered By Clifford Yes, it came complete with tails etc.
Answered By DAVID The tap comes with copper tails and a fixing kit though I didn't fit it.
Answered By kim It came with everything; the plumber just had to put it in.
John Asked :In your specification, you state that the Franke Rotaflow mono mixer tap is suitable for low-pressure supply, but according to my information, it is also for high-pressure supply.
We do not have the second part of your question. However, we assume you would be referring to the high-pressure system for comparison. Any low-pressure tap would work with a high-water-pressure system.
We will soon verify the details and add your rating appropriately.
