With an MPRO shower valve with two way diverter, should the hot and cold lever move only 180 degrees, i.e. between the hot and the cold positions and no further? Our plumber has fitted it, and it moves an additional 90 degrees beyond the cold position.

It sounds like the handles have been put on the wrong controls. Inside the metal lever, a "wedge" or pin should connect with the corresponding wedge on the Thermostatic cartridge to stop it from being overturned. Inside the metal lever for the diverter, there will be no wedge.

Hello, I want to buy a thermostatic shower valve from the Crosswater. MPRO range. It controls just one overhead shower, but I can't seem to find it on your site. This one has a 2-way diverter, so isn't right but it is from the range I want. Do you have one for just one outlet? Thanks Lee
