Claire Asked :Are you able to send me a copy of the fitting instructions? I am wishing to replace the shower screen that is similar to this, however, the panel that secures the screen appears to be screwed and glued onto the tiles, therefore need to keep the part attached to the wall so that the replacement screen needs to have the holes in the same place. The current one is 140cm and has 3 holes (10cm from the bottom, then one hole at 70cm from the bottom and another 10cm from the top). If you could help or suggest an alternative, that would be great. Ideally, in white.
Please refer to the attached PDF file for fitting instructions. Also, Aqualux does not guarantee that the new one will fit your existing wall profile.
Sarah Asked :Please can you email me the exact dimensions of the Aqua 4 screen? I need to know exactly where the joints are, and no picture showing technical information. Does it fold inwards towards the bath or outwards? A picture would be great.
The screens fold both inwards and outwards, and each panel is 248mm in width.
A Asked :Do you do translucent shower screens to fit on baths?
No, we don't do Translucent shower screens.
Nick Asked :Hi, Will the Aqua 4 fold both ways? Our bath is not rectangular but is more of an oval shape. Where the tap ends (where we would want to attach the screen to the wall) is narrow and then gets wider in an arc towards the far end of the bath; because of this shape, the first panel will not be perpendicular to the wall.
This screen is suitable for rectangular baths only, and it will not fit your bath.
Colette Asked :Hi, Aqualux Aqua 4 White 4-Fold Bath Screen 840 x 1400mm - FBS0323AQU Could you tell me if this shower screen folds right back to the wall please as space is limited in the area we have? Many thanks Colette Harris
Answered By Anne Yes, it should fold back against the wall. We usually just fold it back behind the first panel. Either way, it is pretty neat and compact.
Answered By ROBERT The unit is a Focus DIY, apparently made by Aqualux; it has been OK and does the job. When the unit is folded right back, the width is 21cm and the depth out from the wall is 11cm hope this is of help.
Answered By Grahame The support that holds the screen is about 25mm, so it is held off the wall by this amount at this point. I leave mine folded and point down the bath, but it will fold both ways.

Answered By john YES, IT DOES. THAT IS, IT FOLDS FLAT AGAINST THE WALL LEVEL WITH THE VERTICAL SUPPORT THAT SCREWS TO THE WALL. THIS STANDS ABOUT 30mm PROUD FROM THE WALL. SO THE FOLDED SCREEN FOLDS TO WITHIN 30mm OF THE WALL. IT ONLY FOLDS FLAT IN ONE DIRECTION, SO IT IS NECESSARY TO INSTALL IT CORRECTLY (JUST INVERT IT TO CHANGE THE HANDLING.) THE SCREEN FOLDS UP COMPLETELY SUCH THAT IT IS JUST ONE GLASS PANEL WIDE. MINE IS IN A LETTING PROPERTY, AND IT HAS BEEN VERY ROBUST AND IS EASY TO CLEAN.
Answered By DIANA Yes, it does.
Answered By Heather Yes, it does fold right back to the wall.
Answered By Michael Yes, it does.
Answered By ANDREW Hi, The panels will fold back against each other and stack either way, and you can fold them back against the wall to accommodate either left or right-hand stowing. Each panel is just under 8" or 200mm, so you need to allow for that amount of space. The unit, when folded up, is 70mm in depth or 2.75". I hope that helps.

Answered By Frank No, it doesn't. Each section except one is hinged, so folds either way, but the section nearest to the wall is in a fixed channel, so the first section will always protrude at right angles to the wall.
Answered By Lucy It folds right up, I've had mine over 3 years and I'm really pleased with it
Answered By Sheila If you have a wall other than a sturdy outside wall, then do not buy this and attempt to put it up; mine came off the wall after being professionally installed, leaving a dreadful mess behind no one will accept responsibility for. The reason being this screen is extremely heavy! It is supposed to fold up nearly, but I honestly don't know if it does. It wasn't up long enough, and thank heavens; my young toddler was not in the bathroom when it tore from the wall and smashed down!
Answered By Linda Yes, the screen will fold right back to the wall, provided there is sufficient wall space adjoining the fixing to the wall. Each panel is about 7 inches.
Answered By Martin It folds flat, but you need to allow for the wall bracket, which is around 50cm, so the screen pushes back to the wall at a slight angle.
Answered By RODNEY Good product.
