Detergent Resistant

Shower trays are subjected to strict inspections of resistance to chemicals and pass these tests according to standard EN 14527.

Resistant To Light

Shower trays do not discolour and wear through long-term changes in lighting. They are tested with xenon lamps, which accelerate the environmental effects to which the shower floors are exposed in daily use (EN ISO 4892).

Acrylic or Plexiglas

Acrylic is a plastic that is transparent, strong, chemical resistant and rigid. It has qualities like glass but weighs half the weight of glass and is 17 times more impact-resistant than glass.

With / Without Overflow

An overflow is a small hole or opening at the upper part of a sink, basin, bidet or tub that drains away water upon reaching its level so that no water is spilt. When a basin or bath does not come with this design feature, it is called 'without-overflow' and will need a compatible drain.

Idealform Plus+

Idealform Plus+ provides all the benefits of Idealform, plus with extra reinforcement for peace of mind. Four different layers combine to give these baths exceptional strength and rigidity. The outer shell is vacuumed-formed acrylic which is smooth to the touch and luxuriously glossy, easy to clean and resistant to wear and tear. It is then reinforced with Glass Reinforced Polymer and supported by an 18mm encapsulated baseboard to increase its strength. Finally, the whole bath is coated in an outer colour layer of a Glass Reinforced Polymer resin mix, which creates a more robust bonded product with a smoother surface and added insulating properties to keep the water warmer for longer.
