Reviews & Ratings

By: Rodney From : Shaftesbury Overall Rating: Date: September 30, 2026 Solid and well built

We wanted a shower dual top and handheld with individual on-off for top and handheld with a central thermostatic valve - so three knobs. The Vado was one of a few recommended by our plumber, but we looked at lots of different price ranges. Vado is not cheap, but this is inside the wall, and we wanted a well-built, solid piece of kit that would not leak. Once we chose, ordering was easy and discussing the technicals with the team at QS was supportive and helpful. The boxes arrived, and the plumber was delighted we had ordered that product. The weight alone tells you it is quality. Now everything is installed, and it's perfect with the added bonus that the on-off is graded, so if a deluge is not needed, you can save a lot of water by adjusting the knob from a trickle to full on. Love it.
