Aqata Design 1200mm Shower Screen and Hinged Panel for Recess allow you to complete your minimalistic bathroom in style. The screen is made from 10mm toughened glass coated with ClearShield ECO-Glass as standard to make it easier to clean. The screen can be used in enclosures with power showers and is compatible for use with tray or wetroom installations. It has a height of 2000mm and has adjustable wall profiles. A Lifetime guarantee backs it against any manufacturing defects.

Left-hand / Right-hand entry option available (Refer to Options).
Installation: Recess.

Recommended minimum access: 500mm - (50cm).
Screen/enclosure height: 2000mm - (200cm).
Overall height is 2030mm - (203cm) when a steady bar is fitted.
Adjustable wall profiles - 12mm of adjustment (+/- 6mm on each side); this Option is fitter-friendly and can compensate for out-of-true walls.
SB1 straight, steady bar supplied as standard on all sizes. Optional angled steady bar (SB2) available as an alternative.
HO7 & HO8 optional towel rails are available (Refer to Options).
Tray, waste, towel rail and other accessories shown in the image are not included.

ClearShield Eco-Glass

Supplied as standard on all AQATA enclosures, doors and screens, the Clearshield Eco-Glass is applied to the inside of the glass and works just like ‘non-stick’ cookware, acting as a protective barrier on the surface of the glass. This coating resists staining from hard water deposits and is eco-friendly for a more hygienic environment. This unique product saves time and effort by being easier to clean and keeps your shower looking new for longer. The surface of the award-winning glass is chemically non-reactive.

Adjustable Wall Profile

These refer to the pieces of material that fit the shower door or panel against a wall and can be adjusted to allow for out-of-true walls for a neat and seamless installation. The ability to adjust the side profile gives a perfect fit and makes the installation process easy. Depending on the manufacturer, the profile can be adjusted between 12 to 30mm.

Toughened Safety Glass

Toughened glass, tempered or safety glass as it is rightly called, is five times harder than regular glass of the same size and thickness, which makes it so that it won’t break as easily. It also shatters with scattering as it tends to break into tiny, blunt pieces without harming anyone nearby. Known to have greater thermal strength, this durable material with double glazing has almost twice the soundproofing abilities and provides excellent heat insulation.
