Service from QS Supplies was smooth and efficient and would use them again. The tap its self is a nice quality in finish but it let down by the smaller details such as, 1- the tap spout has a plastic insert that visibly protrudes thus detracting from the look 2- one of the leavers does not sit completely vertical when in the off position 3- the rubber seal at the hole through the sink is black and visible, this would be nicer hidden by a cover piece! These are all details not visible on line

We spent a lot of time looking for a suitable non-silver tap for our new kitchen, harder than we initially thought! This one is perfect. Great build quality, quick delivery and all necessary parts included. Only small gripe would be that seemingly with no consistency it will occasionally drip after being left for a period of time.

The taps look good but the levers are not exactly aligned, even after tightening one up, and the cold tap drips for a while after turning it off. The price was cheap, though, so we'll keep it for now (brass taps are difficult to find)
Found this tap on your website after having no luck with other suppliers and at a very competitive price. Looks great with my new white ceramic sink. Received day after I ordered it so great customer service- thank you.
Ordered copper and looks really well. Great pressure and looks fab with my Belfast sink. Have it now for over two months and no issues. Everyone comments on them and makes kitchen look more high end than what it actually is!

We can confirm that these are made of brass, finished in an antique brass finish. The outer handle section is made of white ceramic as opposed to cheaper models which would be plastic.

Hi, the unit does have an anti-splash system; however, it does not have an aerator to create the bubbling effect, for an item such as that you would be looking at a unit that either has or can be fitted with a mesh aerator. Unfortunately, the more traditional style taps such as French classic and the little Venice do not have this option; they are normally found on more contemporary/modern looking taps.
