Hi, Just wondering if you could tell me how this is fixed to the wall, is it just 1 screw through the wall into the back and will this be completely hidden?

Regarding the PRO021C, there is a round wall plate that screws to the wall, then the robe hook slides onto that and is held in place with a small grub screw underneath.
