This unit works find with no faults in the past 20 months. The design has a shall slop at the front of the pan but not as shallow as our previous WC. The flush seems to require holding down to gain a full flush but apart from that we a fully satisfied with this purchase.

Good Afternoon, I am interested at VitrA Sunrise Close Coupled Fully BTW WC With Cistern and Toilet Seat. It states that its already with cistern and Toilet Seat. Hi Marta, Thank you for your query regarding the difference between an Ordinary Seat and a Soft Close Seat. The main difference is that the Soft Close seat, as its name suggests, will close on its own when it has been dropped in a soft manner without slamming onto the pan and making noise. Regards, QS Team
