I ordered a Crosswater Kai Exposed Thermostatic Shower Valve EV1210EC, for a new shower installation. It was particularly the same product as an existing installation. The purchase was very easy, and the QS supplies website was clear and precise. The Shower Valve was delivered ahead of the suggested delivery date, which allowed the Shower Valve to be fitted immediately and only required one visit from the plumber. It really was a very pleasurable experience, as QS Supplies played their part in making the new installation a seamless operation. Thank you for setting new standards of quality and service, and although this product is available from other suppliers, QS Supplies was still the most competitive in price. I will be buying another identical product, and will certainly use QS Supplies. Excellent

Had this fitted a while ago now and it hasn't disappointed. Very easy to keep clean, even though in a hard water area, works well and adjusting the thermostat is easy, too. All metal gives it a nice feel and looks really nice quality
