Hoping you can answer three questions before placing an order:- 1. Is the item 1000mm wide and 480mm high (measurements/ format conflict on the web page) 2? Is the item pre-filled? 3. Can cord length 140mm be extended?

The attached image provides additional details regarding dimensions. Concerning being pre-filled, the warmer contains a heating element (i.e. no liquids). The cord length on other towel warmers of a similar design has a cord length of 1400mm.
