The Burlington Toilet Seat is defined by curved lines and a soft-close mechanism to give great visuals to a minimalist oval design. This compact and functional seat comes with chrome-plated hinges that afford a quiet closure. It is ideal for adding a touch of convenience and luxury to the bathroom.

It is designed from wood for an organic look for use in conjunction with all Burlington pans. It is supplied with thirteen different finishes and comes with two years of guarantee from the manufacturer. Pair it up with a toilet roll holder to give your bathroom a fab look.

Soft-Close Seat

Soft-closing seats are a new alternative to classic toilet seats. Their modern design allows them to close slowly, while their controlled manner of closing does not require you to assist them. It also shuts automatically, allowing it to come down at a pace that does not make much noise.

Whilst this is a very good product, it does fall down in one area, the lacquer does not fully protect the underside of the seat from splashes that occur when flushing. Hence, the paint begins to bubble and peel. This was my second seat purchase, but thus I always lift the lid before flushing and wipe the underside regularly where others have not lifted. Could be better
