The Merlyn 6 Series Corner Door is elegant, stylish, and functional, and its inclusion will create the effect of light and space in the bathroom. The toughened safety glass construction will make your showering experience as enjoyable, relaxing, and calm as possible. The enclosure glass is treated with Mershield Stayclear coating – which you will notice acts as a shield against soap, scum, hard water, dirt and germs and keeps the Glass as good as new. Designed to be used for a corner entry, its space-saving capability provides an adequate entry width without the sliding doors intruding on the floor space.

It is equipped with translucent seals for a fully watertight fit to prevent leaks. Created from a durable ABS dual-skinned acrylic sheet, the matching tray provides a solid and comfortable base for the shower enclosure. The high-tech protective coating for the tray is for the express purpose of disallowing unwanted bacteria to accumulate while, at the same time, keeping it not only easy to clean but essentially stain-free, odour-free and hygienic.

Mershield Stayclear Coating

All Merlyn Series range products are subjected to the Mershield Stayclear glass protection that keeps the glass looking clear. It decelerates the build-up of lime scale and soap deposits, making cleaning an absolute breeze. The coatings' smooth surface does not allow any grime, dirt or water to stick easily, keeping it pristine.

Senosan Coating

Merlyn shower trays come coated with Senosan. It is a type of Lacquered-Acrylic-Glass, a surface layer with a glass-like effect, providing depth and a glossy look. Easy handling, can be drilled, light and can withstand impact and scratches; this coating offers it all.

Toughened Safety Glass

Toughened glass, tempered or safety glass as it is rightly called, is five times harder than regular glass of the same size and thickness, which makes it so that it won’t break as easily. It also shatters with scattering as it tends to break into tiny, blunt pieces without harming anyone nearby. Known to have greater thermal strength, this durable material with double glazing has almost twice the soundproofing abilities and provides excellent heat insulation.

Reversible Design

It is a design which allows the product to be fitted either to the right or left, depending on the dimensions of your space.
