Keith Asked :I have previously submitted a question regarding a dripping tap and how to replace a faulty washer. The taps fitted to my wash basin differ from the one illustrated, as it has a hole on the top of the tap. Is there a screw with which the handle can be removed, and if yes, what type of screw is it, and how can it be removed.
Answered By QS Team :
At the back of the handle will be a chrome cap; this needs to be prised off to reveal a grub screw; you will need a 2.5mm Allen Key to remove this screw. Once this is removed, you will have access to pull the handle off. We have also attached the fitting instructions for your preference.
