Hi, I want to purchase a grohe Eurocube mixer bath tap with a temperature limiter. First, is this black bit of plastic (limiter) showing when fitted or is it fitted inside the mixer, as it is quite unsightly? Second, can you override the temperature limiter easily or you have to take it off altogether? Thank you for your answer.

The temperature limiter is hidden under the chrome shroud so won’t be visible. This limits the tap handle's movement so to override the temperature you need to remove the limiter or re-position it to a hotter position.
