Matt Asked :Can you tell me if your Burlington Kensington 3 tap hole basin mixer set with pop up waste is suitable for use on an unvented cylinder hot water system and what the minimum/maximum operating pressure is, please? Thanks very much, Matt
Answered By QS Team :
This product requires a minimum of 0.1 bar to maximum 5 bar water pressure. Your system should push out around 3 bar being an unvented cylinder hot water system so your flow rate will be perfect.
Trevor Asked :Having just fitted the Burlington 3 tap hole tap with pop-up T14, I suspect something may be missing. The tap pop-up chrome control slides up and down with very little resistance and the also the pop-up control bar that goes horizontally into the connector above the bottle trap leaks as if a washer or something is missing. Is there likely to be a part missing so that the pop-up is controllable?
Answered By QS Team :
Please download the original installation instructions from the technical tab above, if you could please advise if there are any components you are missing I can advise you as to the parts that will need to be ordered. Can I ask if you can email a copy of your proof of purchase?
