Toughened Safety Glass

Toughened glass, tempered or safety glass as it is rightly called, is five times harder than regular glass of the same size and thickness, which makes it so that it won’t break as easily. It also shatters with scattering as it tends to break into tiny, blunt pieces without harming anyone nearby. Known to have greater thermal strength, this durable material with double glazing has almost twice the soundproofing abilities and provides excellent heat insulation.

This D-shaped shower cubicle fits our bathroom, where it occupies the middle space between two sloping ceilings. There is only one flat wall to stand it against, not a corner. Pretty much as shown in the promotional photo. It is a good solution for us. We have it standing on its feet with a plastic skirt around the bottom, but it would be better flat on the floor, as the shower tray flexes a bit. We were constrained by the existing waste pipe arrangement. I recommend it for a situation like ours; it is roomy, and the doors work well. We are happy with the results.

Really loved the product, and it really looks great in my bathroom. Although we have a medium-sized bathroom this D-shaped quad looks luxurious and is huge and spacious. The D-shaped tray on top of it ensures a seamless fit, enhancing the overall aesthetic. Highly recommend it.

Hi, there I’m looking at purchasing the D-shaped Pacific shower enclosure with the tray. Is it best to fit the tray first and tile down to it, or tile first and butt tray up to the tiles. I wondered if I tile down to it, which I’d prefer to do, would it affect the shower's installation?

You fit the tray to the floor, plasterboard, then tile and fit the quadrant.
