Have a question about this item? Ask our technical team. We aim to reply within 72 hours.

Kerry Asked :

Our fitter is struggling to align these items against the wall as the thread on the taps is considerably shorter than the spout, please, could you advise if the thread is designed to be cut to fit flush to the wall? Also, please advise how this attaches securely to the wall as there is no fixing bracket included? Many Thanks.

Answered By QS Team Answered by the QS Technical Team

Hi Kerry, According to our knowledge, the threads are not supposed to be cut and cutting them may void the warranty. I would suggest that you contact the Hudson Reed Technical team and give them a technical diagram of what you are proposing to do, or what problems you face. Your question is quite detailed, but to avoid any misunderstanding; a technical diagram would help.
