The Hudson Reed Chrome High-Level/Low-Level Cistern Flush Pipe Pack is manufactured from amazing strong and long-lasting brass material. It features a stylish chrome finish ideal for fitting into a wide variety of different bathroom layouts from traditional to modern in style. Suitable for connecting with a High-Level/Low-Level cistern and WC pan, this product comes supplied with the fixings required for secure installation and a pair of ornate brackets and a long, chain-link cistern handle complete with ceramic detailing. A compatible cistern cut-off valve is available for purchase separately if desired.

Can the height of the ornamental collar be adjusted, or is it welded in place? I'd need to saw off a few inches from the top of the pipe to fit a pre-installed cistern.
