The Aquaglass Plus Frameless 8mm 1 Door Offset Quadrant Enclosure is designed in left- and right-hand variations to choose from as well as three different size options to fit best with the space required for installation. Crafted from 8mm thick toughened glass and coated in an easy-clean Aquashield coating; this product is created to resist the build-up of residue during use as well. Suitable for use with a power shower and offered in a space-saving design that fits easily into any compatible bathroom corner, this model provides an incredibly smooth and innovative sliding action. The one-sided opening and magnetic seals keep the door closed during showering.

Toughened Safety Glass

Toughened glass, tempered or safety glass as it is rightly called, is five times harder than regular glass of the same size and thickness, which makes it so that it won’t break as easily. It also shatters with scattering as it tends to break into tiny, blunt pieces without harming anyone nearby. Known to have greater thermal strength, this durable material with double glazing has almost twice the soundproofing abilities and provides excellent heat insulation.

Is there a gap between the shower tray and sliding door on the Aquaglass Plus Frameless 8mm 1 Door Offset Quadrant Enclosure (1000x 800)? The picture seems to show this, but it's hard to tell, would this not let water out?

There is a seal at the bottom of the door and a metal trim that fits onto the tray. Please refer to the attached Installation Instruction PDF File for further information.
