I purchased a Grohe Allure rain shower head. The water barely comes out in a sprinkle. The old shower head had no issues with water flow, and we made no changes other than the shower head. Suggestions?

The shower head - 26064000 not only needs a minimum of 1.0 bar of pressure, but it also has a flow restrictor of 9.5 litres per minute for water-saving purposes.
