Paul Asked :We have just installed a Curvato 1810 Filter Mix tap. The problem is that when turning off the filter tap, the water continues to run for a short while and then drips. The hot and cold works fine. Any suggestions? Thanks

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with your 1810 product. From the description you have provided, I would recommend replacing the filter cartridge, however as we are a trade only supplier, you will need to contact your retailer, as we require proof of purchase to send any replacement parts.
Ian Asked :Can you confirm if the hot and cold levers on the 1810 Company Curvato Trio Water Filter Kitchen Sink Mixer Tap Chrome swing forward or backward and if they swing backwards, what clearance is required? Thanks Ian
