Can this product attach to a 10mm thick glass panel?

Nuie screens are only 8mm thick, so, unfortunately, they will not fit a 10mm shower panel.

My shower wall already has a bracket arm, I’m hoping this return panel can be fitted using only silicon, and I can keep the pre-existing bracket arm. Does the 300mm return panel need to be used with the supplied /pictured bracket arm?

The return panel needs to be fitted using the push-fit v seal and silicone. The support arm doesn't have to be used; however, we do recommend this for extra support.

We already have an 8mm Nuie screen, but it is not wide enough, and we would like to add the 300mm hinged return screen. The support arm for the current screen is not in a position to be used for the return screen as well. Does that mean we have to have another support arm for the return screen, or can it just be attached to the existing screen with no additional support arm?

Yes, the 300mm hinged return screen will have enough support without the bar being connected.

The Straight (the fixed part you are referring to) is a shower panel which is not included in the product. The product is of Return panel only. The dimension of the return panel is Width 300 x Height 1832mm. Please refer to Nuie Wetroom Walk-In Shower Panel With Support Bar for the Shower panel.
