Please be aware, that many Sellers, to cut cost, sell Vanity Units which does not have this water resistant finish.

I've purchased a few of these now for various customers, and for the price, you won;t get a better basin and unit anywhere else. Easy to install , and looks fine when it's up and running. Would recommend this to anyone.
