Mark Asked :
Have a Beo Traditional Exposed Shower Valve With Riser Kit And Diverter and the water only runs lukewarm. All other taps run hot. Any recommendations?

Answered By QS Team :
The shower will work with an equal amount of water pressure and hot water of around 60 degrees, and one bar of water pressure, (if the hot water gets to 65-70 degree, the shower shuts down, ). If the shower is lukewarm, does the left elbow get as hot as your hot water?

Mark Asked :
Just bought a Beo traditional exposed shower valve, which side looks from the back the hot and cold inlet go or is it universal. Many thanks

Answered By QS Team :
Normal installation would see the cold on the right and hot on the left, so if you are looking from behind, hot on the right, cold on the left.

james Asked :
What is the diameter size of the chrome pipe?

Answered By QS Team :
