Optional: Soft-Close Seat

What side of the cistern bottom is water input? What is the dimension from the rear edge of the toilet side to the wall?

The inlet for the cistern is on the bottom left as you look at it, and the size from the back of the WC pan to the wall is 400mm.

Is the back of the toilet open to the floor? The waste pipe is on the floor, and the centre of the waste pipe is about 120mm from the wall.

Hi, my current old toilet has a water supply pipe on the cistern's right side ( externally) and an overflow pipe on the cistern's left (externally). I wonder if the pipes can be modified to suit this model of toilet. How water supply and overflow is done for this particular model? Also, I need an additional bottom outlet pipe (it's plastic, I guess). Do you sell it? Can you please advise on the model required?

All Vitra pan comes with the inlet on the bottom left-hand side of the cistern; this can be attached via a flexi hose connector. If required, which Vitra doesn’t supply, and all their cistern has a built-in overflow system in the flush valve itself, so there is no need to have an external overflow.

Hi, I have a toilet which, when flushed, keeps on leaking (emptying) all the time. I have tried to get replacement cistern fittings but have not been able to source one as I do not know the toilet manufacturers. My question is, Is this a good quality toilet which will not have a similar problem or can you suggest one which is of good quality without any headache.

Answered By christopher Although I have not had this very long, it does seem to be of good quality and has a good flush and quick refill, even with a full flush. This is the first dual flush that I have purchased, and I am very pleased with it.
