Recently ordered this product, when installing we discovered that they only supply the shower head not the pole attachment to connect to the water supply. Contacted QS and was told they only supply the shower head I would have to source the pole elsewhere.

George Asked :Good morning. Do you have any circular rain showerheads with a 1-inch interface? I only need the showerhead. Unfortunately, the screw threads came loose with mine, which meant the water was spraying out of the sides.
Answered By QS Team :
Looking through our heads, the round ones we sell are either 1/2 inch or well over 1 inch, like 4 1/2 inches; I have also checked our sister company Burlington, and their head is over 2 inches.
T Asked :Crosswater central Fh300c+ shower head - can this be taken apart? Is there a screw in the middle of the underside of the head?
Answered By QS Team :
The head shouldn’t be taken apart. If this is done, the warranty will, unfortunately, be void. The screw on the underside is for air –intake
TIFFANY Asked :Are the holes lined with rubber inserts?
Answered By QS Team :
Thank you for your query, the showerhead does have rubber nozzles on the head.
Mike Asked :Could you tell me the flow rate from the Crosswater Central 250mm Brass Round Shower Head QS-V41822 without any limiter? Water pressure is 3.0 bar. Thanks
Answered By QS Team :
The flow rates of this shower head are as follows (0.5bar-8.5lpm / 1.0bar-10.5lpm / 2.0bar-13.6lpm / 3.0bar-15.5lpm).
Elizabeth Asked :Please, could you advise me if the Crosswater central 200 mm brass round shower head - FH200C is better quality and more constructive shower head than the thin Roper Rhodes SVHead 11 round shower head? The SVHead11 does seem quite thin in comparison. Many thanks
Answered By QS Team :
Hi Elizabeth,
Thank you for your query. Both the Crosswater and Roper Rhodes are of good quality but constructed differently due to style. It is a personal choice as some customers prefer a thinner version than the Crosswater. Both are equally good, and we have not had any complaints.
