Can you advise on the flexi hose fittings sizes at either end that connects from the body of overflow/filler (Crosswater BFW0168C ) to the panel valve or mixer valve?

The overflow filler inlets are 1/2 inch in size for the filler and 3/4 inch on the panel valves.
