TMV2 Approved Product

TMV2 is an independent certification for thermostatic mixers, including shower valves, run by BuildCert that ensures national and international standards as specified under (BS EN 1111 and 1287) are met. These standards detail the exacting requirements that a thermostatic valve or product must comply with to guarantee a high thermostatic protection and safety standard. Products meeting this requirement carries the logo and protect against any scalding accidents.

WRAS Approved Product

WRAS Approval means that the particular water fitting or product complies with or meets the requirements specified by the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations or Scottish Byelaws. Such compliance is based on certain tests that prove that the product or fitting does not cause waste, misuse, contamination or undue consumption of the public water supply system in the UK.

Temperature control

The Thermostatic mixers come with a temperature control mechanism which saves temperature that stays constant at all times. Some of the mixers from the company come with a control button with a pre-set temperature of 40°C(minimum) so that you can save on your energy bills.

FirmaFlow Ceramic Cartridge

The firmaFlow ceramic disc cartridge uses Click Technology with a mechanical stop to limit the tap water flow at the basin to just the amount needed to wash hands. It maintains flow consistency, reduces use by up to 50%, and offers the utmost temperature precision and safety. It can fine-tune the temperature between 34°C and 42°C. This cartridge has almost double the lifespan as the industry standard lasts– 500,000 cycles, compared to 300,000 cycles. It has a high hot water resistance of greater than 95°C.

Medium Water Pressure

Water systems operating at a pressure between 0.5 and 0.9 bar are considered medium pressure. Products usually come labelled if they are suitable for use in medium pressure.
