Encapsulated Base Board

The encapsulated base board has been coated with Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) to strengthen it and add a sealing quality to the construction while protecting it from water damage. It goes around the tub and the drain hole, supports the tub, and assists in sealing the underside from moisture.

Lucite Acrylic

It is a high-quality acrylic resin developed by DuPont in 1937 and is one of the top-quality materials available in today's market. It replaced glass as it is less breakable, offers high strength and resistance to UV rays, moisture and wind, and is easy to clean. It is also incredibly flexible and can create the best products.

Is this bath exactly 1675mm? What is the tolerance? could it be slightly longer or shorter? The distance between my walls is exactly 1678mm. Would this fit?

Kartell baths are precisely manufactured to ensure a tight fit, with a typical tolerance of around 5mm per side.
