John Asked :Hi, we have an outlet in the floor that is 170mm (centre) from the wall. I've been looking for a bottom outlet toilet with little joy for this measurement. Reviewing this toilet it seems to show that a back outlet with a certain connector can be used to fit my situation. Can you please confirm if i am correct and this toilet will fit to an outlet 170mm from the wall? John
Answered By QS Team :
Refer to Technical image URL. As you can see from the provided technical drawings you will have a 215mm space between wall and outlet with the additional OP-38506 - Vario Connector Set For Horizontal And Vertical Outlet - Length Adjustable - 0014220000 given below as optional you will be able to convert your outlet to fit. I would recommend the connector set over the connector bend as the set can be adjusted for the length you require.
Sara Asked :We currently have an S trap toilet with a waste pipe coming up from the floor and want to know if this would be compatible? If so, what exactly do we need to order, please? Also, we want to order an Old London corner sink unit and want to know what type of tap and waste would be compatible? Thanks
Answered By QS Team :
We do not believe the 21180900002 will have enough room in the back of the back to accommodate a waste pipe from the floor.
Tanya Asked :How wide is the gap for the soil stack at the back of this toilet? Would it be able to fit over a cast iron soil stack that comes up from the floor? The soil stack is approx 140mm wide (total outer diameter) and set back 30mm from the wall. If you have more detailed diagrams, e.g. CAD, I would be most grateful if you could send them to me. Thanks.
Answered By QS Team :
Regarding the D-Code pan 211809, 00002 cannot be fitted to a cast iron soil stack as this pan is straight back to the wall. The pan you would need is the D-Code 211109 00002, this is a close couple open back pan. The soil stack gap is 135mm. Please see attached Url for the product - https://www.qssupplies.co.uk/bathroom-furniture-shower-taps/14401.htm.
Lawrence Asked :What side inlet pipe for cistern
Jonathan Asked :Hello, I'm considering purchasing the Duravit D Code to wall WC. Could you please provide an image/details of the back conversion kit for the cistern? Also, what is the back conversion kit for the toilet? I'm a bit confused as the waste seems to be through the wall anyway? Any help would be appreciated, thanks to Jonathan
Answered By QS Team :
Thank you for your enquiry. Additional images have a picture of the conversion kit 007504. This is only needed if you require your inlet to be on the back of the cistern and is mostly required for European countries, so when you are ordering a cistern from us, you can pick the UK version, so the conversion kit is not required. Hope it helps.
