With / Without Overflow

An overflow is a small hole or opening at the upper part of a sink, basin, bidet or tub that drains away water upon reaching its level so that no water is spilt. When a basin or bath does not come with this design feature, it is called “without overflow” and will need a compatible drain.

Its a sink! It does exactly what it says on the box and it fits it's job description well (although it is still currently sitting in its box since we have had no plumber since before Christmas!). It was delivered safely to a neighbour and packaged so well that she had to keep the kids away from the bubble wrap!

Good day We would like to use the Duravit D-Code 495 x 290mm Undercounter Vanity Basin - 0338490000 at a new hotel we are working on. We have a stone vanity. Can you please let me know how the fitting of the basin to the stone vanity will work? Thank you!

There are special fixing hooks that can be ordered with this basin to fix it to a stone vanity unit. The product code for this is '005028 00 00'. This can be viewed on the website. The hooks are like L shapes. They are fitted to the basin and then drilled into the stone unit.
