Having had an increasing number of carriage issues from many other suppliers due to my location (Channel Isles), QS supplies has reminded me that there are still helpful and accommodating companies if you look hard enough. Most companies cancel orders when they realise I'm in the Channel Isles and do not even bother to try and ship to me, let alone contact me first to apologise or look for a native shipping agent, as they couldn't be bothered...at least it seems. However, I'm pleased to say that these guys were on the case, and within a brief period, they contacted me, and for a small extra charge, the taps arrived in no.
