I required an additional shower arm for a dual-head installation. Initially, I got an unbranded one that looked the same. Boy, was I disappointed. It was little more than a coated pipe and was very flimsy. It was worth paying more for something that should last a life. I was very pleased with the Bristan unit, heavy and solid construction.
