My wife's hip replacement operation promoted a new Vitra toilet replacement for the existing Vitra. All though the Vitra close coupled was not the cheapest on the market QS was very competitive so went for it. Fitted it my self , with a friends help in lifting it into the correct position. All the parts were there including the seat. We are now high and waiting on the operation. Many Thanks. Alexander

Not in a position to place a review as installation hasn't taken place yet. But from what I can see, it's quite a 'throne'. However, delivery and service was second to none. Thank you QS.

Steve Asked :Hello I am interested in the comfort height Vitra S50 Close coupled toilet. My waste projection comes up from the floor some 75mm.with approx 200mm From wall to front of waste pipe I need some clearance at floor level so the pan doesn’t foul the waste pipe before the cistern mounts on the wall any help would be appreciated, thanks
Answered By QS Team :
Please Download tech sheet for this pan which shows you need an outlet position from the wall of around 175-260 to the centre of the outlet so given the dimension you have given this open-back version will suit your needs and not the full-back to wall type.
NEIL Asked :What is the difference between QS81851 and QS59703 only i is not obvious to me? Thanks
Answered By QS Team :
QS-V59703 is an Open Back toilet Whereas QS-V81851 is Fully Back to wall WC Open Back WC - Pipework from behind is Visual
Fully Back to the wall - Pipework gets hidden within the wc.
P Asked :I am trying to find a toilet set-up that can be installed where the waste pipe is vertical and set in a concrete floor. The distance from wall to back edge of waste pipe is 19cm. The pipe is 10cm diameter. So I calculate centre of pipe is 24cm from wall. Can you recommend anything please? Someone mentioned Vitra s50 range. Thank you.
Answered By QS Team :
Thank you for email. With reference to your preferences, we advice you for back to wall toilet of S50 range. Please details, please refer https://www.qssupplies.co.uk/bathroom-furniture-shower-taps/58763.htm
Alan Asked :I need to replace an old wc in my cloakroom which has a floor waste outlet. The dimension from wall to the centre line of floor waste outlet is 200mm. I will need a special Q or similar trap to connect to the floor waste, and your dimensions seem to work. Can you confirm that is the case and that the wc + cistern + seat is £265 + delivery and includes VAT? Regards, Alan Briggs
Answered By QS Team :
The S50 5421 pan should be fine to use for your situation with your floor outlet centre at 200mm from the wall; some flexible soil pipe connectors in the market will work well if required. Our website's price on the checkout process is the final price that includes VAT and Shipment. If you require any more details, you can contact our sales team on 0116 251 0051.
