Hudson Reed Old London Bathroom sink unit asks about 1 or 3 tap holes. What does this mean?

The Basin on the unit comes either with 1 or 3 Tap holes. You can choose the tap hole options for the basin from step 3. When you select the three-tap hole option, the image with a three-tap hole basin will be displayed on the screen. However, the tap shown in the image is not included in the product.

Hello. If I wanted to order the Hudson Reed Old London LOF203 basin with a brushed brass tap and waste, is it possible to have the overflow hole covered in brass as well?
