We loved the look of this sail tap and purchased it a few months ago, the sink and bath mixer. However, after a couple of weeks, the sink tap started to become stiff and kept seizing. So, not sure if it has something to do with the cartridge valve. The flow rate is also poor, even though it’s meant to be gravity-fed. This tap also has 22mm pipe to the tap tails, and header tank in the loft and flow rate still poor. I don’t want to return the tap, pay for it, and send the other back when it may be the same again. So don’t know if there is a manufacturing design problem with these taps, or if the valves are faulty.

Looks stunning. Only installed today and appears to be of excellent quality with smooth action. The only difficulty with the installation was that the flexible connectors were not compatible with the interruptors already installed, but this was easily overcome by reusing the old ones. Looking forward to installing the other 4 that I have ordered in this style.
