I bought it especially to use the specific features it has to make it easy to reach with a jet of water in any corner of my sink. It does mix the cold and hot water though you can struggle a little to get a balance using the leaver, however, it helps with cleaning the sink in most difficult places to reach with water, one can use the spray jet to wash fruits or rinse something and you can move it around getting closer to you or farther away. It is a bit wobbly on my sink because I have a white ceramic sink but generally it is a good tap.

What size hole is required in the worktop for the Crosswater CO717DC kitchen tap?

The hole in the counter needs to be 35mm as it is industry standard.
