Touch Switch

The mirror has a touch switch, using which you can transition between warm and cool light shades. The mirror will even remember this setting the next time you turn it on.

Colour Temperature Changing LED Illumination

LED illuminated mirrors have settings that allow you to change the colour temperature of the light they emit: Warm White (2700K) light is gentle yet rich and promotes a relaxed mood. Take a long, hot bath in this light to help you unwind at the end of the day. Natural White (4000K) light most accurately mimics natural daylight. Your reflection in this light is a truer representation of your appearance. Natural White light is ideal for precision tasks like make-up application, eyebrow-trimming, and shaving. Cool White (6000K) light is clear and vivid. It has a rejuvenating effect that will help you to get going in the morning.

IP44 Rated

An Ingress Protection (IP) Rating is code manufacturers use to indicate how well a product is protected against water and solid particles like dust. Demister/Heated Pad

It is a small appliance to heat a portion of your mirror. It prevents steam and condensation from collecting on the surface, making it no longer necessary to wipe the mirror after a hot shower/bath.

We are still in the finishing stages of refurbishing our en-suite, but this mirror is the business! The backlight LED illuminates the surrounding wall beautifully, and you can change the tone of the light with a touch. As work on the en-suite is not yet finished, we've not yet been able to test the anti-fog mat, but I am confident it will be as functional as the other features of this product. The rear of the mirror has a large rebate, which means you have greater flexibility about the exit point for your wiring. I recommend you have about 2ft of slack cable to make the final connection.

A good quality mirror that looks great. The rear ambient lighting is bright, changeable through different brightness and does a good job of lighting a room on its own. Note that there is no front-facing light. The mirror glass seems excellent quality, but the price seems quite high for what it is...a mirror with some LED strip lights behind it, I did buy it, and I'm very happy with it. One small issue, younger people in our house with younger ears seem to be able to hear a high-pitched noise when lights are on.

This mirror adds a touch of class to any bathroom. Its very elegant & the curved edges make it sleek & simple. The two toned lighting is a great option & there are no fingerprints left on the mirror due to the clever on/off design. It has been an excellent purchase.

Hi where should the mains outlet from the wall come, is there a room behind the mirror for the mains cable [1.5m], or does it have to come directly in line with the connector. Thanks, Roy

Thank you for your inquiry, We have added some information about the Ambience below and can confirm that there is space behind the mirror for the 50cm of cable that it comes with.

Contents: 1 x instructions. 2x screws & raw plugs.
Overall Dimensions: landscape orientation (W) 80cm (H) 60cm (D) 4cm. Frame only: (W) 73cm (H) 53cm (D) 3.5cm

Mounting point: Landscape orientation- 20cm down from the top of the mirror, 4.5cm in from the side of the mirror, 61cm from centre to centre. Portrait orientation is 20cm down from the top of the mirror, 4.5cm in from the side, 41cm from centre to centre. 2 x keyhole slots for both orientations.

Electric point: In portrait- Rear view box is situated in the right-hand corner. From the edge of the mirror to start of flex 23cm, 17.5cm from the bottom of the mirror to the top of the box. 50cm flex.

Heated pad: 340mm x 300mm 39 watts

Lighting: Led 4100k to 22,000k. 1377 lumens. 25,000 hours life source.

Additional info: Touch switch to illuminate mirror, on/off function or hold to select colour either warm white or cool white. Touch button non illuminated all the time. If touch button fails replace Non-Illuminated Touch Switch Control Board (79450010) Ip44 rated. In the landscape, the button is on the left-hand side. 9cm in from the side, 9cm up from the bottom of the mirror. In portrait position button on right-hand side same distance. Button square in middle is 12mm, circle around it 18mm. Non-dimmable. Encapsulated led strip, colour changing. 15w driver. Rated wattage 15.49w.
